According to the research, chronic pain prevalence is highly influenced by demographic factors such as age and sex. Women are more susceptible to chronic pain than men by 34% approximately. Adults and elders have more chances to get long-term muscular or nerve problems. 

The socio-economic status of an individual is probably a cause of chronic pain prevalence. The study argued the income impacts on the treatment adaptability. And it depends on the family’s potential budget they are willing to pay to treat chronic pain.

Physiotherapists are experts to play a heroic role in making a person moveable. The sessions run more than a couple of weeks. And every week, physiotherapists work on their respective points to relax the muscles.

It is one way to keep a person stress free and connect with people.

Medication therapy is also called ‘Mind-Body Therapies.’ In this therapy, people tend to experience non-pharmaceutical techniques. These techniques involve medication, reiki, yoga, and stretching. These help to calm mind and body pain as well. Although it is not a quick-driven technique, it maintains a person’s body posture and ultimate health.
